These are the current service charges. The fee does not include replacement parts or other items.
£99 fixed fee for collection, repair and return of a single Personal Computer.
£60 per hour. Minimum charge one hour, then £10 for each part or whole ten minutes.
Standard charge for block booking an on-site technician:

Replacement parts and other items are not included in the service charge. There are usually only a few parts of a computer that are prone to failure under normal use:
